Avis rental car fees
Avis has 5 published charges that we could read from its own pages, across 3 kinds of fee and 4 places: United States, Nevada, United States, New York, United States, California, United States.
Every figure below was read from Avis's own page, and each row opens the charge with its places, its conditions, its source and the date it was checked. Nothing is estimated, and nothing is averaged across locations.

How to read this page
Avis sets some charges by country and others by state or city, so a figure is only true for the place it names. Where the company publishes a different rate for another state, that rate appears on the same page as a row of its own rather than being folded into a national average — an average would be a number Avis never wrote.
Fees change without notice, and the counter's rate is the one that binds. Each charge carries the date we last read the company's page, so you can see how current it is before you rely on it.
This link is how the site earns: if you book through it we may be paid a commission, and the price you pay is unchanged. It cannot change a figure in the table.
Check the same dates on an aggregator before you book — the base rate matters as much as the fees on this page.
